WHEN YOU CHOSE DROP SHIPPING

1. Confirm and SUBMIT Product Sourcing Request Form on Swiss Sourcing Online Portal with specifications.
2. We initiate communications within 48 Hours to connect you directly with our Sourcing Partner in China. Note that contact will be carried out via Telephone and Email.
3. We will Source the Product and you can Approve the Same to Complete Payment to Swiss Sourcing via Western Union, L/C or OA.
4. Our Quality Control Team Begins Inspection of the Products in the Order.
5. Your Premium Products are Received at the Warehouse of our Sourcing Partner in China.
6. Sourcing Partner in China finalizes product qualifications and packages it.

7. Containers are Loaded in Full or Mixed Format as preferred by you.
8. Customs Clearance Form is created and Forwarded by our Sourcing Partner in China.
9. Logistics for Shipping including Departure Port and Destination Ports are reserved.
10. We send the Documents such as B/L., C/O, Item List and Invoice to the Client.
11. Final Shipment reaches the Office or Warehouse of the Client.
12. Swiss Sourcing Confirms and Crosschecks the Contract to successfully complete it!

Our professional staff at Swiss Sourcing includes Interpreters, Translators, and Negotiators will note the details of premium products and lock deals with factories or wholesalers you like. Once the factory tours are complete, our professionals will compile the quotation from China vendors and send you the final quote.

PURCHASING PREMIUM PRODUCTS

When you pay 30% upfront deposit to Swiss Sourcing, we cooperate with our Sourcing Partner in China to begin production of your product. Moreover, we will complete purchasing contracts.

PAYING FOR SOURCED PRODUCTS

Our Sourcing Partner in China uses complete payments send by you to pay the suppliers you’ve selected. You pay 30% during confirmation of the products and the remnant 70% when the production is completed by factories or wholesaler before shipping.

QUALITY CONTROL AND STORAGE

We send and receive the complete data about production of your items using our Sourcing Partner in China. The goods will be itemized and stored the warehouse post inspection to ensure product meets your quality. We will also send the report right away to you!

SHIPPING METHODS

You can choose shipment of your products from alternatives such as FCL (Full Container Load), Less Container Load, Express, Air Cargo or through Drop Shipping.

SOURCING DOCUMENTS
